Red Bull – Race the Sun

Red Bull Race The Sun is back in 2025!
The aim is simple, you and your team must run from a beach, through the city, and across the mountains to the finish line 345km away… in 24 hours or less!
Teams of six will race relay-style from Surfers Paradise Beach to Tenterfield on the Gold Coast across dirt, trail and road, starting at sunrise and finishing at the next sunrise.
Here’s what you need to know:
Start:
Sunrise June 13th 2025.
Surfers Paradise Beach, Gold Coast.
Finish:
Tenterfield, NSW.
24hrs later.
Finish line – Bad Manners Donuts & Coffee, 148 Manners Street.
Celebration:
Dinner & Drinks – 3pm – June 14th til late.
Bad Manners Donuts & Coffee, 148 Manners Street.
Invited Teams:
6 x Runners per team – encouraged to be from the same club/community/brand etc
Must have a minimum of two female runners
2 x Vehicles
2 x Drivers/Support Crew
With 345 kilometres ahead and just 24 hours to conquer them, this relay race is set to be an unforgettable test of endurance, teamwork, and sheer determination.
