White & Red Rose Cottages
White and Red Rose Cottages are superbly appointed individual accommodations created to provide a truly romantic atmosphere for couples to simply relax and take time out or to explore what Tenterfield and the region has to offer.
The circa 1870 duplex workers cottages are constructed of local stone and presented to an unusually high standard for the most discerning customer. Renovations have been sympathetically blended into the old world charm that is obvious as soon as you set foot in the door. Each property is unique and offers the visitor a very different experience.
White Rose is our self-contained affordable travellers cottage that provides a nicely appointed kitchen, period furnishings, queen size bed, living area with electric heating.
Red Rose is our luxury self-contained cottage for special occasions and offers a modern and superbly appointed kitchen, lavish furnishings, queen size bed, living area with wood burning fire place.
Red and White Rose Cottages are perfect for those romantic weekends or extended stays where it should just be the two of you.
The Cottages are a short walk from Rouse Street shopping precinct and set within a beautiful cold climate garden surrounded by traditional iron bark post and rail fences. On the doorstep of the cottage is an alfresco dining area under seasonal grape vines entangled around a heavy iron bark pergola.
Red and White Rose Cottages are suited to adults only and as much as we love pets both cottages and the property grounds are a “Pet Free” environment. Please note we do not offer Wi-Fi, AC or a bath tub at either property.
